Shipping
All orders are shipped from our New Zealand distribution center via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During sale and promotional periods, please allow additional processing time. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Full tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Australian Shipping: 3-5 business days
- New Zealand Shipping: 2-4 business days

Returns
Health is a long game. We want you to feel confident every step of the way.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to reach out to our team before purchasing if you have any questions about which products are right for you.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund. All return requests are subject to review upon receipt.
