1. About us
This website (keeperhealth.co) is operated by Keeper Health Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202607006K), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, SBF Center, Singapore 068914 ("Keeper", "we", "us", "our"). All sales made through this website are made by Keeper Health Pte. Ltd. as the merchant of record.

2. Accepting these terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us.

4. Your account
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and let us know immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Our products and health information
Keeper products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for a varied diet, a healthy lifestyle or professional medical advice. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak with your healthcare professional before use. Individual results vary.

Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes only. We take care to keep product information accurate and up to date, but formulas, packaging and images may change from time to time.

6. Manufacturing and product origin
We source ingredients and manufacture our products through partners around the world. The country of manufacture or packaging may differ between markets. The country of origin for your product will always be shown on its packaging, and every product will meet the quality and labelling requirements of the market it is sold in.

7. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include GST or other applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order confirmation email confirms we have received your order. We may decline or cancel an order in limited circumstances, such as suspected fraud, resale or stock issues. If we do, we will refund any amount you have paid.

8. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each delivery at the frequency you select. Subscription pricing is shown at checkout, and we will let you know in advance of any change to your subscription pricing. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

9. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from our distribution centre in New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates only. Full details, including delivery times and costs, are on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in your products passes to you on delivery.

10. Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at hello@keeperhealth.co within 30 days of receiving it. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, including any return shipping costs. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

11. Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, and the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under those laws or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.

12. Using our website
You agree not to:

• use this website for any unlawful purpose
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the website's operation or security
• use automated tools to access, scrape or copy content from this website without our permission
• reverse engineer or extract source code from this website
• copy, reproduce or use our content without our written permission

13. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Keeper and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited licence to access and use this website for personal, non commercial purposes only.

14. Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience and grant us permission to display, edit for length and use it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.

15. Third party links
This website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under section 11, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the products, supplying equivalent products, or refunding the price paid.

17. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics or supply chain disruptions.

18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity or misuse this website.

19. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.

20. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

21. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in full effect.

22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where those laws allow.
