We take your privacy seriously and handle personal information in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, as applicable.

2. What personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Customers: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, order details and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers). Where we suspect a transaction may be fraudulent or for resale, we may ask for identification to verify your identity.
• Subscribers: your subscription preferences, delivery details and billing information
• Newsletter and marketing: your name, email address and communication preferences
• Customer support: your name, email address, order information and anything you share with us in your request
• Job applicants and suppliers: information you provide as part of an application or business relationship

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Your information may be stored or processed in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Payment information is processed by our payment providers using industry standard encryption, and we do not store your full card details. No online system is completely secure, so please contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.
