Keeper Health Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202607006K) (Keeper, us, we, our) takes its customers' privacy seriously. We seek to comply with our obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) of Australia (Privacy Act), as applicable to our operations.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and handle your personal information in connection with our products and services, including our online store at keeperhealth.co.
By accessing and using our website or purchasing our products, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Generally, Keeper will not actively collect sensitive information about you. However, in certain circumstances you may voluntarily provide limited sensitive information, for example if you mention details of a medical condition or specific dietary requirements in the course of requesting information about our products.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, web browser type, and operating system.
Section 3 - How Do We Collect Personal Information?
We collect personal information directly from you, including when you:

- Place an order or arrange a subscription
- Arrange for a delivery or return a purchase

However, you cannot remain anonymous if you wish to make purchases from us. If we are unable to collect personal information about you, we may not be able to provide you with the information or assistance you require. For example, we will not be able to process your order, manage your subscription, or send you information you have requested if you have not provided us with sufficient details.
Section 6 - How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use your personal information for our business operations. Specific purposes include:

- To manage your subscription services, including processing recurring payments and delivery schedules

If we disclose your personal information to third parties, Keeper will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that such third parties only use your personal information to the extent reasonably necessary and in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Where commercially practical, we will include suitable privacy and confidentiality clauses in our agreements with third party service providers.
Section 8 - Where Is Your Data Stored and Transferred?
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. and our website hosting is provided by third party providers. Your data may be stored in databases located in Singapore, Australia, the United States of America, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, or other countries where our service providers operate their infrastructure.
We store your data on servers behind firewalls with appropriate security measures. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS.
If we transfer your personal information outside Singapore, we will take steps to ensure your personal information continues to receive a standard of protection at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
You consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information in those countries, noting that you may have limited recourse against third party recipients under the Privacy Act and/or the PDPA in relation to how those parties treat your personal information.
Section 9 - Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry good practices with the aim of ensuring it is not lost, misused, or inappropriately accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. We implement and maintain processes and security measures including:
- Training our staff in how to keep your information safe and secure
- Storing your hard copy and electronic records in secure systems
- Using trusted contracted service providers including cloud storage providers
Please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we advise that there are inherent risks in transmitting information across the internet. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy restricts, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Except to the extent liability cannot be excluded due to the operation of statute, we exclude all liability (including in negligence) for the consequences of any unauthorised access to, modification of, disclosure of, misuse of, or loss or corruption of your personal information.

When you click on links on our website, you may be directed away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and businesses, and we encourage you to read their respective privacy policies.
If you use any third party service providers in the course of your use of our website, such as payment gateways (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal), these providers have their own privacy policies in respect of the personal information we are required to disclose to them for your purchase-related transactions. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third party website or application, you are no longer governed by Keeper's Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions.
