What Does a Longevity Stack Really Cost?

18 Supplements or One? The Complete Longevity Comparison

Complete Longevity contains 18 active ingredients in one daily sachet. At $99 for 30 serves, it can initially look expensive if you're comparing it with a single bottle of magnesium, NMN or CoQ10.

But that's not really a like for like comparison. To understand the true value of an all in one longevity formula, you need to compare it with what it would take to recreate the formula yourself: purchasing the same 18 ingredients individually, at equivalent daily doses.

We did exactly that. The result? Based on our analysis of 54 comparable single ingredient supplements, recreating the Complete Longevity formula individually would cost an average of $325.20 per 30 days and could involve taking approximately 28 capsules or tablets every day.

Complete Longevity brings those 18 active ingredients together in one fresh berry sachet for $99 per 30 serves.

18 Active Ingredients. One Daily Sachet.

A comprehensive supplement stack can quickly become complicated. If you purchased the 18 ingredients in Complete Longevity individually, you're potentially managing 18 different products, different serving sizes and different reorder schedules. Then there's actually taking them.

Based on the comparable products included in our analysis, matching the Complete Longevity daily doses could involve approximately 28 whole capsules or tablets per day

Complete Longevity consolidates those ingredients into one pre measured daily sachet. Pour it into water, mix and drink. No handful of capsules. No measuring multiple powders. No opening bottle after bottle every morning.

And because something you take every day should actually be enjoyable to take, Complete Longevity comes in a fresh berry flavour.

The Cost of 18 Individual Supplements

Convenience is only part of the value equation. We wanted to understand what purchasing all 18 ingredients separately would actually cost. For each active ingredient in Complete Longevity, we assessed three comparable single ingredient products, giving us 54 products in total.

Importantly, we didn't simply compare the price of each bottle. We calculated the amount required to provide the equivalent daily dose contained in Complete Longevity, and then converted that into an equivalent 30 day cost. Across the 18 ingredients, the average equivalent cost came to: $325.20 per 30 days

Complete Longevity: $99 per 30 serves. That's a difference of $226.20 per month, with Complete Longevity costing approximately 70% less than the equivalent individual supplement calculation.

Cost comparison of 18 individual supplements at $325.20 per 30 days versus Complete Longevity at $99 for 30 serves

Based on Keeper Health analysis of 54 comparable single ingredient supplements at equivalent daily doses, July 2026. Prices and availability may vary.

Breaking the numbers down further makes the comparison even clearer. The individual supplement equivalent works out to approximately: $10.84 per day. Complete Longevity works out to: $3.30 per day.

And the Complete Longevity price includes all 18 active ingredients in one formula. That distinction matters because looking at the $99 price in isolation doesn't tell you much about value. The more relevant questions are what are you getting, at what doses, and what would it cost to recreate?

Why Equivalent Doses Matter

Not all supplement comparisons are created equal. Two products can both list NMN, magnesium or CoQ10 on their labels while providing very different quantities.

That's why our analysis wasn't based simply on whether another product contained the same ingredient. It looked at what it would cost to obtain the equivalent daily amount. For example, one daily serve of Complete Longevity provides 500mg NMN, 2,000mg taurine and 1,000mg glycine alongside the remaining active ingredients in the formula.

The cost analysis adjusts the comparable individual products to these equivalent daily quantities rather than simply comparing one bottle with another.

The Cost You Don't See: Admin

There's also a form of value that doesn't appear on a price tag. Managing a large supplement stack takes time.

You need to keep track of what you're taking, how much you're taking and what you're running out of. Products have different bottle sizes and serving quantities, which means they don't necessarily run out together. Travel adds another layer of complexity.

Complete Longevity reduces that entire routine to: One sachet. Once a day. For customers who subscribe, it also means one recurring product rather than continually replenishing multiple individual supplements. That simplicity is an important part of the value proposition because a daily supplement routine only works as a routine if it's practical enough to maintain.

The Complete Longevity Value Comparison

So, Is Complete Longevity Expensive?

Compared with one individual supplement, $99 may look expensive. Compared with recreating an 18 ingredient longevity stack at equivalent daily doses, the picture changes considerably. Our analysis puts the individual equivalent at $325.20 per 30 days.

But value isn't only about the $226.20 monthly difference. It's also the difference between potentially taking approximately 28 capsules or tablets and taking one sachet. It's the difference between managing multiple individual products and managing one.

And it's the difference between building your own longevity stack and having those 18 active ingredients already brought together into a single daily formula. That's the real value proposition behind Complete Longevity:

18 active ingredients. One daily sachet. $3.30 per day.

Pricing analysis conducted by Keeper Health in July 2026 across 54 comparable single ingredient products. Equivalent costs were calculated based on the daily ingredient quantities contained in Complete Longevity. The $325.20 figure represents the sum of the average equivalent cost calculated for each ingredient. Prices and product availability vary, and this analysis represents a point in time comparison.
