Sabrina Macintosh
Sabrina Macintosh is Co-Founder of Keeper, an Australian wellness brand she founded alongside her husband, Angus Macintosh, and sister-in-law, Georgia Macintosh-Reed.
Sabrina’s interest in health and wellbeing has evolved alongside her own experiences and the changing needs that come with different stages of life. She has developed a particular interest in women’s health, healthy ageing and the transition through perimenopause and midlife, including the role that nutrition, movement, supplementation and everyday habits can play in supporting long-term wellbeing.
At Keeper, Sabrina works across marketing and customer experience, helping shape how the brand communicates, connects with its community and brings its products to life. Her role spans digital marketing, customer engagement and in-person brand activations, giving her a close connection to the questions, challenges and priorities Keeper customers are navigating.
That customer perspective has also shaped Sabrina’s interest in making health information feel more relevant and approachable, particularly for women navigating a period when changes to energy, strength, body composition, sleep and overall wellbeing can become increasingly noticeable.
Sabrina is particularly interested in women’s health, perimenopause, healthy ageing and the practical habits that can support strength, energy and wellbeing through midlife and beyond.
For Sabrina, healthy ageing is less about pursuing perfection and more about building realistic, sustainable habits that help women feel strong, capable and well as they move through different stages of life.
