Shipping
All orders are shipped from our New Zealand distribution centre, usually within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays, and processing may take a little longer during sale and promotional periods.
Full tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times
- Australia: 2 to 3 business days to major east coast cities and 4 to 5 business days to Perth
- New Zealand: next business day for most of the North Island and 3 to 4 business days for the South Island
- Singapore: 5 to 8 business days
Regional and remote areas may take an extra 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping costs
- Australia: free shipping on orders of A$110 or more, and a flat A$10 fee on orders under A$110
- New Zealand: free shipping on orders of NZ$110 or more, and a flat NZ$10 fee on orders under NZ$110
- Singapore: free shipping on orders of S$150 or more, and a flat S$25 fee on orders under S$150

Returns
Health is a long game. We want you to feel confident every step of the way.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so our team can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Keeper will cover any shipping costs associated with an approved return for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item.
