Angus Macintosh

Angus Macintosh is Co-Founder of Keeper, an Australian wellness brand he founded alongside his sister, Georgia Macintosh-Reed, and his wife, Sabrina Macintosh.

Angus’s interest in health optimisation grew from years of researching ways to improve his own health, performance and long-term wellbeing. That interest developed into a deeper focus on longevity science, supplementation and the rapidly evolving research around ingredients that may support healthspan.

At Keeper, Angus works across operations and product development and leads much of the research behind the brand’s formulations. He spends considerable time reviewing scientific literature, investigating ingredients and their mechanisms, assessing dosages and exploring how different compounds may work together within a formulation.

This research-led approach has been central to the development of Keeper’s products, with a focus on combining established nutritional compounds with emerging ingredients while remaining considered about evidence, quality and practical use.

Angus is particularly interested in longevity, metabolic health, physical performance and the role nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle interventions can play in supporting health over time.

For Angus, the goal is not to chase every new longevity trend, but to understand the science behind it and identify the interventions that are genuinely worth incorporating into everyday life.
