  • 250mL coconut water
  • Ice
  • Squeeze of fresh lime

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 sachet Body Boost
  • ½ cup organic oats
  • 1 egg
  • ½ mashed banana
  • Handful organic raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Splash of milk of choice, we used almond milk

Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes until golden.

Warm, satisfying and an easy way to increase your daily protein and collagen intake.

4. Choc Collagen Energy Bites

The perfect grab and go snack.

Makes 8 bites 
(2 bites = 1 serve of Body Boost)

Ingredients:

  • 4 sachets Body Boost
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 3 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt

Mix together, roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate until firm.

These are ideal for busy afternoons, pre-workout fuel or a nourishing sweet snack.
