7 Smoothie Recipes To Pair With Complete Longevity

Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to incorporate Complete Longevity into your daily routine. They are quick to make, taste great and are an easy way to combine high quality nutrients, healthy fats, fibre and antioxidants into one meal. These recipes are designed to pair well with Complete Longevity and support energy, recovery and healthy ageing.

 1. Berry Longevity Smoothie

A refreshing antioxidant rich smoothie designed to support cellular health and recovery.

 Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Complete Longevity
  • 1 cup frozen organic strawberries and/or blueberries
  •  ½ banana
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia nuts
  • Ice
Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Why we love it

Blueberries and strawberries are naturally rich in antioxidants and polyphenols which pair well with the resveratrol, fisetin and CoQ10 found in Complete Longevity. We prefer organic berries where possible. Some people also choose to limit higher oxalate fruits such as raspberries if they are sensitive to oxalates or prone to kidney stones.

2. Green Vitality Smoothie

A light and energising green smoothie perfect for mornings.

 Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Complete Longevity
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder or a small handful of spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ green apple
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • Ice
Method

Blend until smooth.

Why we love it

The healthy fats from avocado complement the fat soluble nutrients in Complete Longevity including Vitamin D3 and K2. For those looking to reduce dietary oxalates, spirulina can be used as an alternative to spinach while still providing a concentrated source of nutrients.

3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

A rich and satisfying smoothie ideal for busy afternoons or post training recovery.

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Complete Longevity
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • Ice
Method

Blend until thick and creamy.

Why we love it

Raw cacao contains naturally occurring polyphenols while peanut butter adds healthy fats and satiety.

4. Mango Coconut Smoothie

A nourishing smoothie inspired by warm cinnamon oats.

Ingredients
