How to take Keeper Body Boost

Your guide to optimal introduction & long-term use

Introduction options

Option 1
  • Start with 1 full sachet daily from day 1.
Option 2
  • Gentle introduction (if sensitive to supplements).
  • Week 1: ½ sachet daily.
  • Week 2+: 1 full sachet daily.

How to take it

Timing
  • Anytime that works consistently for you. Morning with breakfast, post-workout, or before bed. Collagen absorption is not time-dependent.
Mixing
  • Stir or shake thoroughly in 250-300ml water, juice, smoothie, or coffee. Marine collagen dissolves easily in hot or cold liquids.
With or without food
  • Can be taken with or without food. For best results with creatine, consider taking with a meal containing carbohydrates to enhance muscle uptake.
Hydration
  • Maintain your usual hydration throughout the day. Creatine draws water into muscle cells, so staying well-hydrated supports optimal results.

What to expect

Improved skin hydration and plumpness
  • Hyaluronic acid effects often noticed within 1-2 weeks.
Stronger, faster-growing hair and nails
  • Typically visible after 4-6 weeks of consistent use from biotin, collagen, and zinc.
Better workout performance and recovery
  • Creatine effects on strength usually noticed within 2-3 weeks, HMB supports muscle preservation during training.
Skin elasticty and firmness
  • Collagen peptides typically show visible results after 8-12 weeks of daily use.

When to adjust

Mild bloating or digestive discomfort
  • Reduce to ½ sachet for 5-7 days; ensure adequate hydration; take with food.
Muscle cramping
  • Increase water intake; ensure adequate electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium); this is usually a hydration issue, not the product.
Mild headache
  • Increase water intake; ensure consistent timing; reduce to ½ sachet if persists.
Stop & consult doctor if
  • Allergic reactions (rash, breathing difficulty, swelling), persistent severe cramping despite hydration, kidney pain, or any unusual symptoms.

Special notes

Kidney health
  • Creatine is safe for healthy individuals with normal kidney function. If you have existing kidney issues, consult your doctor before use.
Pregnancy/breastfeeding
  • Marine collagen and most ingredients are generally safe, but consult your healthcare provider before use, especially regarding creatine and HMB during pregnancy.
Marine allergies
  • Contains marine collagen from fish. Avoid if you have fish allergies.
Training days vs. rest days
  • Take Body Boost every day, including rest days. Creatine works through muscle saturation, not acute pre-workout effects, and collagen requires daily consistency.
Timing flexibility
  • Unlike pre-workout supplements, Body Boost doesn't need specific timing. Choose a time you'll remember consistently. Morning, post-workout, or evening all work.
Remember
  • Consistency is everything. Daily use builds results over time.
  • Don't double dose if you miss a day.
  • Stay well-hydrated throughout the day.
  • Skin results take 8-12 weeks; strength results 2-4 weeks.

Why start gradually?

Body Boost is a high potency formula combining 8 ingredients designed to support muscle strength, physical recovery, and skin radiance and elasticity. The formula contains therapeutic doses of creatine monohydrate and marine collagen that deliver the best results when introduced consistently over time.

Starting gradually will:

  • Give your muscles time to adapt and respond to creatine
  • Allow collagen to build up gradually for visible skin and joint results
  • Help you find the routine that fits your lifestyle and training schedule
