How to take Keeper Daily Reset

Your guide to optimal introduction & long-term use

2-week introduction schedule

Week 1
  • 1-2 capsules daily with breakfast.
Week 2+
  • 3 capsules daily (full dose).
  • You regularly take liver-support supplements or B-vitamin complexes and tolerate them well.

How to take it

Timing
  • Morning with your first meal, to start the day right.
With food
  • Take with a meal for best absorption. Pairing with healthy fats can help.
Hydration
  • Drink 2–3 litres of water daily to support overall wellbeing.

What to expect

Bright yellow urine
  • From B vitamins (especially B2). Completely harmless and indicates good absorption.
Increased energy
  • B-vitamin complex supports cellular energy production. Most feel more alert within days.
Improved digestion after fatty meals
  • Globe artichoke supports bile flow, which helps digest fats more comfortably.
Feeling 'clearer' after alcohol
  • DHM and milk thistle support liver recovery processes.

When to adjust

Mild nausea or digestive discomfort
  • Ensure taking with substantial, fatty meal; increase water intake; stay at 1-2 capsules for an extra week before progressing.
Loose stools
  • Can occur from increased bile flow. Reduce to 1 capsule and progress more gradually.
Feeling overstimulated
  • B-complex can be energising. Take earlier in morning (with breakfast) or reduce to 1-2 capsules if sensitivity persists.
Stop & consult doctor if
  • Severe or persistent nausea, allergic reactions (rash, breathing difficulty, swelling), jaundice (yellowing of skin/eyes), severe abdominal pain, or dark urine beyond the bright yellow from B vitamins.

Special notes

After alcohol consumption
  • Can take Daily Reset the evening of drinking AND/OR the morning after. Both timing options support liver recovery.
Medication interactions
  • Milk thistle and artichoke can affect drug metabolism. Consult your doctor if taking prescription medications, especially blood thinners, diabetes medications, or liver-processed drugs.
Pregnancy/breastfeeding
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical supervision.
Remember
  • Consistency matters more than perfect timing.
  • Don't double dose if you miss a day.
  • Liver support is cumulative. Benefits build over weeks and months.
  • Bright yellow urine is expected and harmless.
  • This works best alongside healthy lifestyle choices: adequate sleep, hydration, balanced diet, and moderate alcohol consumption.

Why start gradually?

Daily Reset is a targeted formula combining 15 ingredients designed to support liver health, natural detoxification, and daily recovery. The formula contains potent liver support ingredients including milk thistle, globe artichoke, and DHM that deliver the best results when taken consistently as part of a daily routine.

Starting gradually will:

  • Give your liver time to adjust to daily nutritional support
  • Allow your body's natural detoxification pathways to activate gently
  • Reduce any temporary digestive discomfort as your system adjusts

We love questions

How do I take Daily Reset?

Take 3 capsules daily with water, preferably with your first meal. For full guidance, visit our How to Take Keeper page.

Why is my urine bright yellow after taking Daily Reset?

This is normal and harmless. It comes from riboflavin (vitamin B2) in Daily Reset. Your body uses what it needs and excretes the rest, which gives urine a bright yellow colour.

Will Daily Reset upset my stomach?

Most people tolerate Daily Reset well. If you have sensitive digestion, take it with a meal. For more guidance, visit our How to Take Keeper page.

Can I take Daily Reset when I drink alcohol?

Daily Reset contains 200 mg DHM, an ingredient studied in published research for its role in alcohol metabolism, alongside milk thistle, taurine and antioxidant nutrients. Many customers include it in their routine around social occasions. It is not a substitute for responsible alcohol consumption.
