How to take Keeper Good Gut

Your guide to optimal introduction & long-term use

2-week introduction schedule

Week 1
  • ½ scoop daily with a meal.
Week 2+
  • 1 full scoop daily.
  • You regularly take prebiotics/probiotics or tolerate gut supplements well.

How to take it

Timing
  • Once daily, at whatever time suits your routine.
Mixing
  • Stir one scoop into 250ml of water or your beverage of choice.
With food
  • Can be taken with or without food, whatever works best for you.
Hydration
  • Drink 2–3 litres of water daily to support overall absorption and wellbeing.

What to expect

Mild bloating or gas
  • Common in first 1-2 weeks as prebiotics feed beneficial bacteria. This is actually a good sign your gut microbiome is responding. Usually subsides by week 2-3.
Changes in bowel movements
  • May become more regular or softer initially as gut adjusts. This normalises within 2-3 weeks.
Improved digestion
  • Many notice reduced bloating after meals and more comfortable digestion within 2-4 weeks.

When to adjust

Uncomfortable bloating or gas
  • Stay at current dose 3-5 more days; increase water intake; ensure taking with a meal; consider splitting dose between two meals.
Mild nausea
  • Drop to previous week's dose; ensure taking with a meal; stay at lower dose an extra week.
Loose stools
  • Reduce dose by half; increase slowly; ensure adequate hydration.
Dairy sensitivity concerns
  • Contains colostrum (bovine). If you have known dairy intolerance, start with ¼ scoop and progress more gradually.
Stop & consult doctor if
  • Severe or persistent nausea, allergic reactions (rash, breathing difficulty, swelling), severe abdominal pain, or bloody stools.
Remember
  • Consistency matters more than perfect timing.
  • Don't double dose if you miss a day.
  • Microbiome changes take time. This is a long-term investment.
  • Temporary bloating or gas is normal and typically indicates your beneficial bacteria are thriving.

Why start gradually?

Good Gut is a comprehensive formula combining 12 ingredients designed to support gut barrier integrity, microbiome balance, and digestive comfort. The formula contains potent gut support ingredients including bovine colostrum, L-Glutamine, and probiotic and prebiotic compounds that deliver the best results when introduced consistently over time.

Starting gradually will:

  • Give your gut lining time to repair and strengthen
  • Allow your microbiome to rebalance without disruption
  • Reduce any temporary bloating or digestive changes as your body adjusts
